Am I the only one that takes issue with Solas not knowing where the magic of the breach comes from but automatically knowing the orbs origin, when they're one and the same. Either he's lying or he's just an idiot or am I just reading too much into things.

I finished it twice and was just thinking that his stories are contradictory of each other. That's just 1 of a couple of things that sprung to mind as I'm playing through it again.

Then you should know that, yes, Solas is lying. He knows who created the Breach and how it was created because he gave his orb to Corypheus.

Do you have a next-gen or PC? The Trespasser DLC should clear some things up, if you do.

Solas just elf he thinks he know better than everyone else, but he is like everyone else. He is overconfident fool who fails at everything he does. Yes he created veil but even he don't know everything. Or just don't tell you he knows.
