I think my loot score is still not high enough for Hakkon yet.  My 2 hakkons are both from book chest.   I have spent just over 800K on chests.

Don't be so sure about that, @lc! About a week and a half ago, I got Hakkon's Wisdom from a NM drop. You and I are very close on the prestige scale (you are higher, but not by a large margin.)
