I bought a new DLC Trespasser or whatever the name.

 

anyway the question is

Do i need to start a new game for that DLC to work ?

game i play now is with The Jaws...... and Black Emporium

No. You just go to the War Table and start the dlc! Have fun!

Thanks for the reply but i don't see a single new thing on the war table.

Have you completed the game? Trespasser doesn't appear until you finish the base game.

Corypheus must die before Trespasser unlocks. It is set two years after his death; once you start it, you can't go anywhere else. It ends the story.

Yeah, unlike the other DLCs, Trespasser is a true post-game addition. It is an epilogue and as such cannot be triggered until after the credits roll on the main game. You will then return to Skyhold, and one of the war table missions will be Trespasser. As the warning on the mission suggests, accepting the mission and beginning Trespasser permanently leaves the entire rest of the game behind. You will not ever be able, in that save file, to return to Skyhold or travel to any other region in the game. 

 

I'd recommend not actually starting it until you've outleveled the main game reasonably, because the enemies in trespasser can be obnoxiously powerful depending on your build.
