Not the subject of the thread, but I failed to mention that fool couldn't even get the lesser race pecking order right.

Turians beat the krogan down, confined them to their shithole planet, poisoned its atmosphere (with salarian Tech) so the latter couldn't even reproduce, then strapped a nuke to it for good measure.

Birds> battletoads. They can even eat our food. What more evidence is needed?

 

 

You don't even need the Krogan for combat roles either. 

 

They're too aggressive and unpredictable, plus even with their rightfully deserved (IMO) Genophage removed, their rapid birth rates don't do anything about the years that Krogan young would be unable to fight or contribute to any sort of species-wide effort. No, what you need is a force of quick breeding, rapidly mature, highly organized, self sufficient warriors that can not only survive unaided in the most extreme environments, but are naturally adept at engineering. What you need is the Rachni.

I don't think anyone became Rachni Master Race even during the era of my glorious 60 page thread in the MP section which got half of that forum to change its names to (incorrectly) elucidate the glorious superiority of everything from Hanar and Krogan to toasters, Reapers and even Collectors, so that's all you.

Rachni Romance option could be unconventional as well, though not at all strange by the standards of this forum.

Indeed it did, and by the end of it the Protheans were dead (sans the Illos research team and Javik) while the Rachni were already rebuilding. Their unmatched propensity for bouncing back saw them survive an extermination attempt by not only the most advanced species of the previous cycle, but also of the the Reapers themselves. 

 

The Krogan could barely make it into the modern times without killing themselves off via nuclear holocaust.* 

 

*It's funny now that I think about it. The Rachni choose hostile, hell hole-like planets and thrive there. The Krogan on the other hand, turn planets into hostile hell holes.

A political trade off in the middle for the fight of all advanced life in the galaxy. The Krogan's little temper tantrum was worse than the Asari's omission of the Prothean beacon (granted not by much) because the de facto leader of their species had just declared complete, unified support for the galaxy just six months prior, thereby going back on his promise, but also, the Asari were actually aiding in the fight. The Krogan refuse to even send basic ground troops until their demands are met. What's more, the Krogan are actually willing to go to war with humanity in the middle of a Reaper invasion, should the Genophage sabotage be discovered.

I wouldn't be as creeped out by cradle robbing, Invasion of the Body Snatcher necrophilia as I was with my Joker Pilot's disturbing robosexualism (for which I unfortunately could not force him to undergo a "mental examination" performed by Javik as suggested).

Bullying Quarians is fun, especially those naive ones on their pilgrimage.  I sold one a Rubics cube and told the poor sap it was an aero dynamic modulating flux stream enhancer.  Easiest 100 credits I ever made.  I called up my buddy and made another 50 credits on the Quarian by tipping my bud that this one was a prime candidate for indentured servitude.  Had a hell of a night at Choras Den.

 

This is one of the many things, that everyone knows but few people talk about. Quarian exploitation is quite common. Especially with the younger females. They're all so eager to learn and serve. There are few things they won't do to send things back to the flotilla. I could tell you stories, but in turn, due to their graphic sexual nature, would most likely result in me being banned from here.



Let's just say that "slaves" come cheap, and they enjoy submission.

Could you narrow it down a bit more, because I think that's every council race.

The other races are subject to this as well, but they are also involved in many other places in the game so it doesn't give the impression that they are all weak and pathetic. The Quarians on the other hand are constantly portrayed throughout the games as weak in order to create situations in which Shepard can be the hero.

Had an insane time last night with this Quarian girl named: Xa'La. Wow, she had zero regard for her safety and risks of infection. I fully utilized her ports and ruptured her suit. She couldn't even walk the same once me and my Krogan friends got finished. Funny thing is, even though we treated her so badly, she thinks that we care about her. Anyway, for now, we pretend that we do. She has some cute looking friends leaving the flotilla soon, and I want to be sure we give them all a warm welcome when they arrive. These girls are actually cheaper and easier to exploit than the human girls.

It wasn't meant to be funny. As far as appropriate. After playing the entire Mass Effect trilogy, and encountering a person like Jack, there is very little, in comparison, that I think would be deemed as inappropriate on this site.

Some master race. Credit and insurance institutions throughout the galaxy consider them higher risk than other races. Most of these clanless wouldn't even qualify for a loan, and offer no collateral beyond whatever junk they salvage from who knows where, probably bits of their old ships that they pry off to pay for their dextro paste rations. You'll never see the quarian equivalent of Elkoss or something. Maybe there was one, but likely killed by OS Bosh'tet.

Gong show arguments about fantastical racism against fictional aliens that no one takes seriously are one thing. Glorifying violence against, trafficking and sexual enslavement of exclusively young females (a subject not referenced at all by the games, mercifully, as internet arguments about it tend to bring out the worst humanity has to offer) is entirely another. I'm all for gallows humour, but there are certain subjects that just aren't funny and can't really be made so.

Given, my background growing up in Russia during the 90s and seeing some of it firsthand probably makes me overly sensitive. I better shut up before the westeros and Daniel Tosh types get here and spam my account with pictures of dildoes for my being a huge babby.....

Usually I'm a fan of dark humor but this isn't ... anything but creepy. Reminds me of that elven supremacist in the DA:I forums who talked about breaking his mates fingers if she so much as looked at a human instead of bearing his pure elven children. There was talk of blood traitors and so on... but hey, that's okay because it's only "roleplay".

 

Wouldn't be surprised if that was the excuse here, too.
