We need the vorcha, flames are useful for disposing of... rats.
Or maybe we just need their flamethrowers?

Ok has BioWare announced any news about Quarians? Or should I glass them from orbit now?

Nope nothing yet. The only aliens we saw so far are a Krogan and the new enemies Khet (although briefly from the trailer) we are still in deep space concerining pretty much everything regarding Andromeda. Who knows maybe this time around BW marketing strategy is going to be similar to the one used by Bethesda. Lips sealed until the game is almost done.
We can probably expect the main races (Asari, Turian, etc.) but here's hoping the Quarian's, Volus, Drell, and other races make it too.

Tbh I always considered the Quarians as one of the main races maybe not as important as the trio (asari/turian/salarian) but certainly more important than Volus, Drells, Vorcha or Batarians. I sort of considered them at the same level of importance with the Krogans.
I would be surprised if they don't come back I mean I doubt BW would sacrifice a quite beloved race by the fandom just because a bunch of psycopaths chose the talking toasters over living breathing organic beings. I hope for all organic races to be back but I sort of hope that the presence of Asari/Turians/Salarians/Krogans and Quarians is considered almost given by BW.

What worries me is the rgb ending and the whole recycle bin milky way. But seeing the Krogan maybe a sign that the Quarians along with others are in it

Nothing official, but I'd be surprised if they didn't return. Along with Turians, Asari, Krogan and Salarians they're both one of the more important species lorewise to the Milky Way, and one of the fan favorites.
The species I'd be worried about making a return are ones who either didn't play a large role in the story of the first trilogy, and aren't fan favorites.
I hope they're still around. The fact that we have a confirmed Krogan squad mate might be a good sign, but I'll fret about our chances of more Quarians until they say one way or the other.
Eh, worst case happens and there are no Quarians... then we'll just stuff a Turian into a quarian suit and call it a day. ![]()

So that's what inspired Armiger Armor... huh. #tehmoarUNo

Yep. ![]()
That reminds me of an argument I had years ago about Quarians: Their suits are their clothes, they do not wear actual armor... why not? That's the first thing I'd recommend for Quarians going into combat. Armiger Armor as starter, up to proper mechas. ![]()

But I want real Quarians. ![]()
I guess there is something to be said for a Quarian who is inexplicable Turian height.

I think Admiral Anderson had some, but they mysteriously disappeared along with his Krogan Krunch and Blast-O's. I wonder who the culprit could be?

No, what we'll do then is I Xen (and my her loyal followers) start up Quarian State, blow up Biower along with the rest of Canada, and establish the Caliphate of New Rannoch in its place so we can make endless yearly Mass Effect titles with nothing but quarians in them.

I'm disturbed by the fact that somebody cosplayed Kai Leng...
We are the Master Race. Come at me, Bosh'tets.
I seem to remember from the history books that another group claiming to be the "Master race" back in the 20 century.., it didn't end well for them either. ![]()
Cheers
I actually have thoughts about the quarians in a video of mine. It pretty much says that they wont be, though that video was made thinking the escape theory isnt true and at this point it pretty much is comfirmed that it is true. But the quarians are not likely to be in the game for two reasons: The quarians almost all live on the flotilla and the people that are not most likely want to return to the flotilla
Here is the vid if you want to see but its bad so xD: https://www.youtube....h?v=xsF1Wfi3w9A
The Quarians are comfortable enough to like, disarming enough to love, fallible enough to sympathize with and generally just like us. They are humans who don't look like humans. Races like the Quarians are Safe to get enthusiastic about, to champion, without incurring negative labels.

And there lies the problem, they do look like humans, too much so. Tali's picture is a human stock photo.
What makes that nice is that, if you are honest with yourself, we are so all-inclusive that we have no real culture to embrace anymore, no cultural behaviors or beliefs to brag with or take pride in. We can't wear the team colors anymore because that would be anti-diversity. The Quarians and invented races like them, give us a "Home Team" again that we can cheer for at the ball game without being branded as some form of discriminator for taking pride in the "my-town guys".
That's hilarious, I really feel bad for you.
"Anti-diversity" is enough reason not to take pride in your "home team", you can't have any cultural uniqueness because of some politically correct new age SJW BS?
What a joke.
There is a difference between compassion and letting strangers walk all over you, and there is a huge middle ground between a destructive sense of self-superiority and the total lack of self-worth.
The vitriol attached to anything like that is undesirable. I looked at my post (before any response was made) and thought better of it, so I edited it. It came out sounding more like what I intended and felt after the edit. Pick it apart if you like but if I had simply said "I like the Quarians" there would have been no "PC" response, would there? So I think you just made my point.
...So I think you just made my point.

Did I overreact? Maybe, can't say that I'm sorry.
I simply abhor the implications of your original post, or the idea that there are certain fictional races which are "okay" to be enthusiastic
about because they somehow fit more the flavor of this pseudo morality you are advocating.
