I like Mark Meer, but I know he does MaleShep, so that wouldn't be likely.
I'd think Matt Lanter (Anakin Skywalker from *STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS*) would fit nicely.
Troy Baker or Nolan North are good choices in my humble opinion.
I liked Jon Curry (American Male voice) from Dragon Age: Inquisition.

How about Timothy Osmondson? He does Aric Jorgan's voice in SWTOR but he's done a ton of bit parts and short stints so he's got plenty of experience but isn't overexposed.

The Sith Inquisitor's voice is too evil for a hero, I think but I do love Euan Morton.
My favourite American voice from SWTOR is Maury Sterling who does the Smuggler's voice.
