Hi so I have a  question and have no idea where to ask so I'm asking it here.

 

I just purchased ME3 and I'm trying to export my save from ME2 to ME3. I bought the first two games on Steam and I have completed the game, but when I load ME3 and try to import a save from ME2, it doesn't show up. I know you can import it from Steam to the Xbox but it still won't work.

 

I've made sure the save file is in the right spot and I've also cleaned my cache on the Xbox 360 several times.

 

If anyone knows how to fix this or has had the same problem and found a solution please let me know.

 

 

Edit* I contacted EA Help and apparently it is impossible to transfer them to the Xbox 360.

You'll need to grab the gibbed save editor for ME2 and load up your PC save, then click on the save icon and select to save it as an .xbsav (an Xbox Save).

Then you'll need a save file editor, such as Horizon or Modio, to put that save into a ME2 save container (saves aren't individual for Xbox 360 ME2, but all lumped together). Then make sure to rehash, resign, and save in the save editor.

When you put that file back onto your 360 and ME3 should recognise it and let you import.

This method has worked for me and if you need them I'll dig out the tools I used to do the job.
