Up until now, every play through I've had in the forward operating base Javik always says something to effect of going to die to be with his people, after the final attack.
This time he said after a life of war he'd want to see what peace feels like, and talks about being accepted by the Hanar. I actually thought it was pretty cool. What other outcomes are there with Javik? What affects them? I always got the memory shard scene and unlocked his squad power, so what did I do differently?
These are the only two results. It's dependent on whether you told Javik to remember his past via his memory shard in one of the final conversations you have with him in the Normandy.
There's another possibility, I got that during my last run. He writes a book with Liara

If you told him to let the past rest and interrupted the fight between him and Liara, then Javik says he'd co-author a book about the Protheans with Liara
This is what makes the games so amazing, there's so many things happening with the dialogue, so much replay value to try out different things and see different outcomes.

Awesome! I did tell him to forget the past, and I did interrupt the fight, but I think I might have sided with Liara, so maybe that's why I didn't get it. Will try on another playthrough.
I always had Javik interact with the memory shard. Even though that results in a sadder fate for one of my favorite characters, its worth it for the extra dialogue you get. I think the scene where he interacts with the memory shard is his best in the third game, and one of the best for any companion character in the entire series.
