I expect pretty good things from this, considering I like Greg Rucka. His stint on Wonder Woman, before the New Fifty Two massacre of the character, was amazing. He's very good with mythology so I expect he'll play well in the DA universe.

I'm not sure how much they'll let him play with the lore, but should be interesting. I will be waiting for the compilation however.

 

He was pretty good in his Gotham Central run, Batwoman, and 52.

Tumblr is upset that BioWare would write a comic about people killing poor, opressed, especial snowflake mages.
Go check it out, it's good for a laugh.

Anyone know exactly when this is meant to be coming out?   I searched Dark Horse Comics and I wasn't mentioned.    I searched Amazon and it wasn't mentioned.    Normally Amazon advertise things well in advance so you can pre-order.    Is it only going to be on-line perhaps?

Wow.. after seeing the preview.. am I the only one that has this itch in trying to get a reunion between calpernia and marius? (Made a joking statement about playing matchmaker earlier, but now i really want to see them meet up at least)
Kinda interesting since calpernia (a venatori. All hail everything magic) thought him dead and it turns out to be.. he isnt. And there's that whole 'magic is cheat' thingy (which we dont know for sure wether he shares them or not)

If DAI has celene-briala, maybe DA4 there is calpernia-marcus? (or maybe she gets to kill him by accident / not so accident for angst effect )

These are my two favorite new people in the Dragon Age universe.

 

Bioware... I MUST play a Seeker capable of boiling mage blood... or, even better... just locking a mage off from his mana supply so I can walk toward him ever so slowly and say: 

"This is how it feels mage.  This is how it feels when someone wields power over you that you're helpless to defend against.  You should have diversified... "

 

 

Maybe whomever is the DA4 PC(new or returning), Seeker should be a Warrior or Rogue Specialization. I am always pro options when building your own character and allies.

I've discovered the problem, I was looking at Amazon UK because that is where I am and it is currently only available at Amazon.com.    I'll wait and see if it becomes available on UK side nearer the time.

Oh man, I hope so. Bonus points if one/both of them is romancable, one of them shares my name. That's gonna be both amusing and a little bit weird. But even if they're not companions, I do hope they'll make an appearance at least.
