The impressive thing is on Xbox he's even more broken than PC. His actions on the dpad are mapped wrong AND clip packs don't work. So you end up wasting all your survival packs because of BioWare lazy.

I played him a few times on Xbox - enough to complete his waves - and never noticed any weirdness like that. Is it controller-specific?

Same on PS3. Controller mapping for him is just fine. He just sucks.

Venom is fun on him, save the mines for big bosses or for making pretty patterns with, I like to use Etch-a-sketch as my inspiration for some of my designs.

 

D-pad 'works' fine for him for me, off host is always a bit retarded but on host is okay.

That's an excellent idea ! Might even be good for a melee build. What ammo do you use on it ? I would be tented to put warp ammo, cryo or even phasic.

Such great was my surprise when one day the buttons didn't work. I blamed the pugs and their crappy internet, but I was wrong there. The whole thing made me look bad and I could never forgive him doing that to me.

Charging the Venom links well with the bow, you can get a nice little rhythm of bow, quickly followed by the already auto aimed charged shot, bow, charged shot, bow etc. (if memory serves me correctly, I believe the Venom charges as you use the bow).

As for ammo, my rule of thumb is whatever you have in your pocket.

I'd take them over explosive ammo everyday.

I talked with ps3 users that told me his input was like roated on the dpad. Clip packs do not work either.

Maybe they were drunk? I have heard that it has this effect.

I play the Talon Merc regularly on XBOX and have never had any keybinding problems with him.

I think too many people just play drunk. I play on PS3, and never had that problem with him.

How can you not think that is awesome? (Ignoring all the many many broken things, that is)

I miss the first week where you could charge the bow much slower and you could aim the bow to spread at multiple targets or to focus on one target.
Shame it was too slow and so super buggy that sometimes you couldn't fire for 10 seconds.
Now it's too fast. Bioware pls fix.
