Or they could even be described as immersion breaking.

 

The cut scene were Cassandra is whacking Bull with the stick, there in the background is Cassandra's identical twin sparring on the dummies. 

 

Has anyone come across other strange or funny bugs?

It's not a bug, but when you watch that scene and play as a dwarf... you smack Bull in the balls with that stick.

Also I once had the Sera prank cutscene. At the end, in the tavern I had a double Josie. One in the back, one in front. Well... and a naked Cullen.

Talked to Cullen during Heaven.. and I noticed the Inquisition also hires headless swordsmen (some of their heads went missing) feels like DAI - sleepy hollow cross overs.

This one time, I fought a dragon with Iron Bull, and the on-fire special effect didn't wear off after the battle. He wasn't taking any damage, he was just ... flaming. I like to imagine that the Inquisitor asked him if he was OK and he was all 'THIS IS THE GREATEST! WATCH ME SET ENEMIES ON FIRE!!!'

Hehe!  I have just had a the giant fire demon near the boat turn into 4 darkspawn, then back into the fire demon who then explodes and a new full health fire demon appears then drops dead.  That was crazy stuff.

In one of the JoH boss fights my Inquisitor lost her head and was running around headless.
Also, there is that hilarious default dork face (eyes crossed, head tilted up and back) the Inquisitor makes when asking questions. You see it up close in a cut scene when you come back from the Fade and talk to Varric after Adamant Fortress.

Also, there is that hilarious default doofus face (eyes crossed, head tilted up and back) the Inquisitor makes when asking questions. You see it up close in a cut scene when you come back from the Fade and talk to Varric after Adamant Fortress.

A great white according to Dreyfuss! I'm pretty certain it was a graphics glitch but it sure was appropriate considering the title of the DLC.

I had another bug the other day where my qunari inquisitor Hook and Tackled straight through a wall into an empty room right in the middle of the fight against the Avaar dude in the Fallow Mire. I had to reload I have a vid which I'll put up later.

OK... that is just... the combo of the glitch with the dialogue is just hilarious. I don't think anything can top this. Really.
