Is it possible to rewrite the Geth (instead of destroying them) and have peace between the Quarians and Geth?

EDIT: Yep, looks doable. I think I rewrote the Geth on past save files and brokered peace but I don't remember since it was a long time ago.

It should be possible if you then make sure that Tali isn't being exiled and the evidence you found is not being presented, you broker peace between her and Legion in ME2, if you complete the Admiral Koris mission in ME3 and also make sure he survives.

There's an entry about it in the wiki if you're interested:

Yup, apparently that's what I did, and I totally forgot about it. It's possible.

The whole thing is a bit long to read but it's worth it. I followed this guide and i could broker peace by compensating for lost 'points'.

Yes it is. You must have a high paragon/renegade reputation level in order to convince both into working together. This, in ME3, of course.

Yes

Its even possible to get peace after turning over the evidence to the Admirals and not getting Tali's loyalty
