So, the specializations problems (and many other issues) on the 360 are fixed?

I just hope RtO is released on PS3 within the next six weeks. Like say, before Awakening is.

@VittoraLands : Only the specializations are fixed as it seems. Victor wrote in the technical forum he wants to contact the dev team about all the other fixes. I really hope, Bioware will focus on the reported bugs one day...

even if i dont play dao anymore because of some of the bugs, i just bought rto to show support on my side. i cant do anymore @ bioware...so please show your support too. thanks.

hm, i dont know it for sure. as said Im not playing anymore. But thats what i got out of some reports over here. so i trust them. And I dont feel to have a look on my own dao game to check if specializations are fixed now - even if rto is right about a finished download...can wait.

sad thing is, bioware "doesn't know" because, according to them its in sony cert, and it seems its a lot of work for them to contact sony for an update of THEIR product. you would think that if you wanted your product to the masses, you'd put extra effort in following up on your product. apparently, sony cert is so secretive, that not even the government can't reach them.

Or maybe it's bioware. I sent an email over issues I'm having with my game, and was replyed "we will give you an answer to this in 24 hours". That was on the 2nd of Feb. I STILL haven't reseved any assitance, emails, nothing from them. I'm starting to lose respect for Bioware now.. I mean SERIOUSLY?!?!?!

Has there been any fix for ATI card crashes?

I've been exchanging emails on this iissue with EA/Bioware support for 2 weeks. Their last response came a week ago. It's as if I'm being ignored.

Dear God, must we wait much longer for the PS3 DLC?

So is this out for PC yet? I don't see it on my list in game or in the DLC area in my game profile.

I can't say why you aren't seeing it but, yes, it's out for the PC. It's been out for 2 weeks now. It was officially released on the 29th of January.

Hi,

Dragon Age Orgins wonderful game, unless you own PS3 I think it very unfair that we cannot get the new dlc Return to Ostagar when we had too wait extra time for Dragon Orgins to be relesed on PS3 and now the downloads will not play come on Bioware time to put some effort in. There has been no DLC for PS3 since the game was released you should have sorted this by now.. I completed the game twice now with all DLC on PS3..

PLEASE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT SO THAT US PS3 OWNER CAN HAVE THIS DOWNLOAD THANKS

Dude chillax. Imma PS3 owner too, and sure it'd be nice to have RTO but do we have to stoop to the level of the 360/PC b!tch carnival to get it? I for one would rather wait for a polished and bug-free DLC than suffer a rushed-onto-shelves mess. Do what I did and go to GameStop and get Demon's Souls or something. Unless you're planning on selling off your DAO copy, there's no loss in waiting

But do you really want the DLC now you know none of the items are usuable in Awakenings?

Aw I don't care about that. It's something to occupy an hour of my time I could be spending with my ex boyfriend flipping choice cars on their side, parking cars on either side and taking the batteries/spark plugs out so they can't move em. Or stealing road signs and bolting them to playgrounds. Or screwing a paint sprayer to the bumper of his truck and repainting the road lines red green and blue. Yea... video games save society a LOT of trouble.

Seems a little pointless seeing that, as Mavi pointed out, the items acquired in Origins are unusable

It's in the Awakening FAQ. No DLC items will transfer to the expansion. That includes everything from RtO, Warden's Keep, and Stone Prisoner as well as the Blood Dragon Armor. So, if you're debating about buying RtO, keep in mind that it's less than an hour of gameplay, and all the great gear you get will be gone when you start the expansion.

Personally, I won't be buying any DLC after this.

Why would they do that?  It makes no sense to not allow DLC content into Awakenings especially content that was paid for.  It also doesn't make sense for the story.  What's the sense in playing a warden who is commander of all wardens in Fereldan if you can't wear the Warden Commander armor?

That makes no sense. Why block out DLC content especially if it was content that was paid for to be used. It also doesn't make sense for the story behind Awakening. What's the point in having a character that is commander of all the wardens in Fereldan if they can't wear the Warden Commander Armor?

I thoroughly enjoyed my first play through of DA:O on the PS3.  I'll be honest, I returned it after playing for about 20 mins after my initial purchase, but reviews were favorable enough that I gave it a second chance.  I am glad I did.

However, with the RtO debacle/delay on the PS3 I am skipping the DLC altogether.  Due to the close release of Awakening and the fact that I read content is only about an hour for RtO it's simply not worth it.  Furthermore if we can't use DA:O items in Awakening -- WHAT'S THE POINT?

The gaming industry is having a hard enough time right now as it is.  Developers and publishers need to get their act together if they want to come out of it.  This is not helping gamer/consumer sentiment.

Poorly done, BioWare.
