Well, I'm certain Awakening will have plenty of shineys for us to collect. That was my initial response but I think to myself, $5 is less than it would cost me for an hour at the arcade, AND it's a look at what happens had the MC not gone to the Tower of Ishal (I think) I think it'll be amusing, items usable or not. At a minimum, it'll be a change of pace if Awakening gets boring. And if theorised Awakening and RTO are bundled, it won't cost us anything. Quitcher b!tchin and bloody wait you ninnies

Just over a week till Awakenings and still no word on a console patch....
It's getting quite disappointing seeing dlc and an expansion rushed out without fixing the original game. I love playing this game, I've have even bought the dlc despite the fact that there have been no fixes for the major bugs, but $40 for an expansion with no word on a patch is just too much. In four months all we had was a quick fix for achievements and have been told that they are looking into other bugs etc. I don't understand why it is so hard to take the patches for the pc and port them to the consoles, I know there's red tape and stuff with microsoft or sony but four months is just too long. I worry that the reason there is no word on a patch is because there isn't, and it will hurt the expansion sales if they say that it's still being looked into. I mean if there was a patch coming out at the same time as the expansion they would've said it by now since a lot of people aren't getting the expansion for that exact reason(myself included). I still love the game but I think it's going on the shelf, just too frustrated with the lack of support and communication.

@13Dannyboy13 - I can't help but laugh at posts like this. You should be thankful BioWare does ANYTHING about bugs. I just picked up SO4 and have found two bugs, one cause the game to crash. It's developers said right at release, they were not going to patch the game even if major bugs are found. I think the big problem with the DAO bugs is they don't seem to be experienced by everyone. Lookin through these posts, I haven't experienced ANY of the problems on the PS3. So honestly, I don't think BW is ignoring you, they're probably ripping their hair out trying to figure out why A) it happens and B)only happens to certain people. They can't make a patch until they know that

Yeah, I have not even bought the DLC because of the lack of a patch. Issue a patch, and then I'll consider buying DLC or an expansion pack.
