I know this wasn't directed at me, but the Collectors are much more formidable and competent in comparison to Cerberus.

I would enjoy it if somehow I could watch both factions fight each other with some sort of PC mod.

Then Reapers vs Collectors.

Then Cerberus vs Reapers.

All on the highest difficulty.

Somewhat. I think it would be better for them to fight in enclosed spaces like the multiplayer maps actually.

A.I. vs A.I.

I wouldn't get your hopes up.  Bioware will likely change her to better satisfy the feminists.  She will actually be a redhead at launch.  We can't have any of those blondies clogging up the screen with their airheadedness and "better check your privilege" aesthetics.  /s

Complex of inferiority is a thing.

I demand representation of blonde women in ME, it's only fair, or else you're a hypocrite (not you chrono).

I think the lack of blonde hair has more to do with how it shows up any limitations the engine has in rendering hair... or the limitations of the artist that created that hair. Either way it never really looked that good in Mass Effect.

edit: Are people really still railing against feminists? I honestly thought we were done with all that nonsense.

I'm hoping this "petite, buxom, blonde human woman" is portrayed as tech-savvy, highly intelligent, and is a lesbian love interest. This and the buxom, blue, bisexual Asari squadmate would be perfect.

Cerberus in Andromeda would be some human supremacists who follow the vague idea of humanity first.

This pleases me.

Andromeda shall know the majesty of humanity!

Most of this information isn't necessarily new, but I think people are overreacting to the Cerberus stuff.

You see, this is the problem with leaks.  What stage of development is Mass Effect Andromeda in?  More than likely, it's a placeholder and not much else.  When stuff gets leaked like this, Bioware can't preface it with anything to put our minds at ease.  It could be a placeholder, or there's a reason behind it.  It could just be a group using the impressive tech of a now-defunct organization.

We won't know until we have reliable info to go on,

The first and only blond LI in Bioware console games so far was a lesbian. Let the guys who want a blond female LI have a turn.

This is Bioware, when do we NOT overreact. When you bring Cerberus up, it is the best way to get into a flame war. Also Cerberus is better than Collectors.

For a game being built from scratch with a new engine, why would they put a Cerberus logo on anything as a placeholder? Makes no sense. Why a logo at all?

Some DA2 assets were in DA:I, despite the games being built on two different engines. Not out of the realm of possibility that some assets got transferred, to either use as a base or a placeholder until new ones were made.

From some of the posts on BSN, neogaf, and youtube, I have seen a lot of guys wanting a female turian LI. Maybe bioware will include a petite, buxom, turian woman who likes to wear blonde wigs.

And of course a buxom, blue Asari for everyone.

there's no precedent to think we'd play a non-human character

I will never play as an alien -_-

My mistake. Forgot about her. Still, my point still stands in terms of the console franchises.

Ever played SWtoR? The male trooper has Elara Dorne; blonde and buxom, smart and beautiful.

Also they have Lana Beniko (bisexual).

Eh, I have a feeling that at most this is a vocal minority. (I would fear to the integrity of my Broomshtick if my partner was a spiky alien with a bony exoskeleton...)

I said console franchises. SWTOR is PC-exclusive.

They didn't TAKE the Citadel onscreen. The sheer notion of Cerberus being able to take control of, and hold control of, the most well-guarded location in the entire galaxy is completely laughable.

200,000 C-Sec agents, a majority of whom are turian military, are unable to hold the station against Kai Leng and his 20 Good Men? I mean, come on. Let's be real. The whole scenario was contrived from start to finish.

Kai Leng is a Bolton, CONFIRMED.

So? It is still available to them. Your original response to me was they never had a blonde female LI, period. Now your throwing in consoles vs. pcs. Bioware stories have provided men blonde female LIs. So why can't lesbians want or have more as well? I never played DA, so does that make my desire for a blonde lesbian LI more important since I had none in SWtoR or ME.

And I was corrected on that so changed it to just the console games. You're addressing a point that has already been addressed and rectified.

I never said they couldn't. I just said let them be available to guys. Have the character in the leak be bisexual, pansexual, demisexual, or some other orientation that has them available to both genders. You're the one wishing for a gender to be left out by wanting her to be a lesbian.

Yeah see, to me, it sounded like you were saying:

to let the guys have a turn since lesbians already did. You didn't say let the guys and girls have the option. You said "guys", so I assumed you meant only guys. You implied lesbians already had their turn, so sit this one out and let the guys have their turn. I still want a lesbian, human LI. From what I have seen on the web most guys prefer Asari or female quarians as LIs anyway (Liara and Tali are way more popular than Miranda, Ashley, and Jack), and i'm sure they will get those options this time as well. Asari are always bisexual/pansexual, and I doubt a quarian female will be made lesbian. The rage would be unbearable for bioware.

Plus there is the possibility of a female turian or drell LI for the guys, which has not been done as well. The guys have had plenty of human female LIs.

True enough, but... ehhh, like DeathScepter says, it's a good troll. Hopefully that's all it is.
