I just noticed this in my achievements on PC.
This seems like a bug as I'm pretty sure I've hit level 20 already on multiplayer. Not a big deal but I'd be curious if there was a solution to fix this problem.
Is there something wrong with my achievement?

If I remember rightly, you can recieve some achievements but they would still be darkened in the in-game list (at least on the 360). Have you checked your system's achievement list?

I have not checked on N7HQ if that's what you're asking about. I seem to remember that I got the achievement sometime back but then this disappeared.

I just checked N7HQ and Peaked Condition is also locked there. Anybody got any ideas on this?
