ok so i downloaded originally from gamestop digital download. now i can open the game and it prompts me to login. When i do it says that i cannot activate mass effect two on this computer with the account i provided. i then entered in my key code that was emailed to me by gamestop. when i enter it it says key code already in use. a couple times it has entered and all text goes away leaving only the backround and activation on the top. i thought maybe this was because of crouded servers and it was loading or something however i have left it open all day and nothing happened. i also tried at least twenty times with the same outcome. does anyone know what to do about this?

i dont want to make another ea account as other poeple have said because u cant get your dlc if u have already added them on this bioware account thingy like really, come on i had no problems with dragon age + dlc's

Someone posted a Q/A from DA:O's help that had this exact issue... EA has yet to provide an acknowledgment of the ticket that I submitted, and sitting on hold for hours resulted in a disconnect on there end (with one of those automated "Goodbye" messages).
