Is there anyone working on buildings like these?

I love just about everything about them, the round tree posts, and the rounded stone wall corners.

Have you checked out Zwerkule's updated NWN2 buildings? I know thegeorge made the thatch NWN2 buildings available, so perhaps Zwerkules has updated those as well in his package.
If not, we can create a poll and see how interested the community is in having Zwerkules make these.
FP!
haha, create a poll and see how interested the community is in having Zwerkules make these. Too funny that Zwerkules isn't the one proposing the poll!
One ring poll to rule them all!
A number of the buildings in six's Wild Woods (they are also in the Q TNO set) have a similar style. Lower poly count, of course, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Tonden Ockay, check these out - http://neverwinterva...-converted-nwn2
It was my mistake, they're not from the version thegeorge ripped from NWN2, but done by Zwerkules instead. It looks like one of the screenies has thatched buildings.
FP!
I think the Wildwoods/Q Project/Zwerkules buildings are closer to what Tonden is looking for. I don't know what he wants them for, but unfortunately, none are viable as overrides. I had relative success adapting a bit of Medieval City to TCN, but always dreamed of having the previously mentioned type for TTR.
The Witcher 1 has some thatch buildings. I have converted some, but there are still some more to go. I'm be aiming for a first release around Xmas this year.
I was waiting for one of FP's famous polls. What happened to it, FP? ![]()
Anyway, I've already converted those Mulsantir buildings, fixed some transparency issues and some problems with missing faces in the inn that is called the Sloop, ran the models through Clean Models and compiled them. I just need to add the proper doors to the hak.
If anybody needs these buildings, I'll add the doors and upload the update at the new vault, otherwise I'll wait until I've maybe added a few more houses.
Thanks Zwerkules your a machine.
I could wait if your going to add more, but I couldn't help seeing you used the word maybe. ![]()
I am also very interested in dark ages stuff! : D

That's no longer a maybe. I added a temple I made from a NWN2 ruins model.

I'll upload the hak this weekend.
Great job, Zwerkules! A question: do you have an unfinished work or something with a ruined versión of this? (you said that you work over an original ruins model) Something like that could be very useful for my eternally unfinished module of Myth Drannor... God, maybe I will finish that piece some day before I will die of old age.. Or before my damned Ph.D end finishing me, by the way.. ugh! ![]()

I don't have an older version, but converting it from NWN2 to NWN1 again and remapping some textures will only take a few minutes. How much that building will help you though depends on how extensive the damage you need is, because all that really is broken in the model are a few pillars. The roof and the walls are completely intact.
Very nice work as always Zwerkules
Hi Zwerkules! About that building, I don´t remember it very well from my playtrough of NWN2, but thinking about... maybe from some part of Illefarn ruins?
Anyway, I think that the most important thing in a building like that if it is in ruins is the roof... Is like crystal! When you said that you adapted from a ruined versión I was thinking that the original model would be something like a broked dome type building.
However, I think that I am going to introduce your model in my module, if you think that´s okay. Later, I will retexture the walls with my favourite decrepit stone texture, hang some ancient vines here, there... God, I love ruins. Maybe too much...

Yes, that's right! The crystal roof would be broken from fallen branches or bricks from even taller buildings! The opening in the roof would allow natural light to pour through, causing all the windows of the placeable to glow a warm orange or yellow during the day, and a cool, frosty blue at night.
I guess Zwerkules is still working on this one.
FP!
You can find the buildings and doors for them here: http://neverwinterva...-converted-nwn2
Did you get a chance to make the ruined roof with light emitting windows?
