Hello, I ordered a N7 ladies hoodie on N7 day and I believe it is a men's hoodie since it is huge and fits just like a guy's hoodie. I can't even really wear it. I have called, sent an email, and filled out the form a week ago, and I have not heard anything back. I filled out the form yet again today, as well as left a facebook message. All I want is an even exchange, especially since the hoodie is so large so I can actually wear it. 

 

I was planning on ordering a few more items, such as the tali hoodie, but I am unimpressed so far with the customer service, and I am now very unsure about the fitting. I thought the women's hoodie would be more fitted, less baggy. But hey, what do I know.

The ladies N7 hoodie has a distinctive look from the men's. I'm assuming you've checked the tag to make sure it was the size you ordered?  Also good luck getting in contact with the CS department. It would appear that there's only one person working at the Bioware store, and they take weeks to respond to inquiries or ship products out.

One person? I know it may not be high volume, but that's not acceptable.  Especially when some of the items are marked up massively (considering the quality).  Come on Bioware, maybe address customer service issues, these reflect poorly on ALL your employees.

 

Sorry to hear your hoodie is too big, I'd assume the sizing is off and you should be able to get a replacement smaller size. Assuming Bioware cares enough about their supporting fans who would like to enjoy supplemental items at Bio-Wares profit.
