Hope im posting in the right area, but how would i go about getting the DLC's for DA2? I have the base game cd disc, but if i buy the dlc's directly from bioware will it just add to my cd disc, or do i have to rebuy the base game on here again for the dlc's to apply? i got the DAO ultimate edition w/all dlc's and was hoping DA2 would do a combo like that but i figure it would be out by now if they did. This question is for the pc version.

yeah I was waiting for it but it never came. I was just wondering about getting the individual dlc's and if it will add itself to the cd base game I got or if the base game must be rebought and downloaded with the dlc's added

Full disclosure: I'm an XBox gamer, so I didn't play this game on PC.

I assume you can buy the DLCs and download them to your PC from ea.com, though I think you have to download a program called Origin first.

There are three DLCs for DA2, not including item packs: Legacy, Mark of the Assassin and The Exiled Prince. The latter two can be played at any point once you reach Kirkwall, but The Exiled Prince should be up and running alongside a new game, as it introduces a companion who joins your party halfway through the story. It might have come with your game; I got The Exiled Prince as a pre-order bonus.

I got the original game disc (pc) too and origin still offers me to buy (and therefore just add) the DLCs.

Use your game bibliotheca, rightclick on the game itself and go for the details. There's a list of all buyable content in here.

I'd recommend installing the Origin version of the game, rather than the CD version, as there's a few exclusive extra items available in the Origin version that you won't get in the CD version, also the origin version seems a little more stable and less prone to graphical issues in my opinion.

Once you have the Origin version running right click on the game cover, go to 'details', and you'll see all the DLC listed. Click to buy and it will be downloaded and installed automatically.

If you prefer to keep on using the CD version, go here:

http://social.bioware.com/page/da2-dlc

You can purchase and download all DLC as stand-alone packages.

yeah  the best way to  buy them get them off the BSN system and download them onto a flashdrive that way you have them for safe keeping. Then if you buy a nwe computer down the line then you can just install the DLC's from that.

What bothers me is that the DLCs are still at full price, which is absurd, since the game now costs 5 euro. I need to pay an additional 20-30$ on DLCs? That's just insane. They'll do well to reprice the DLCs accordingly, probably about 0.99-1.99 per DLC?
