1. Offline modes for everything, including the Keep. I travel for a living, and not everywhere I go has internet access.
2. Openly support mods. They make your cool games awesome.
3. Stop kowtowing to consoles. The controls, UI, and mods are better (in my opinion). Granted, some game styles cross platforms easily, but the complexity of an RPG like Dragon Age doesn't.
4. I play games to escape reality. Reality in games can be extremely annoying (bending down loot animations, to name one).
5. Choices could be easier to find in-game. I had no idea there was more than one possible outcome at Halamshiral until I read an online guide. Or that I didn't have to kill the Airshok. Or that my Warden didn't have to die when killing the Archdemon.
6. Less junk loot. Or none at all. At least some way to distinguish "junk" from "valuables" from "quest items."
7. The dialog wheel. Conrad Verner said it best in ME3: (paraphrased here) "Sorry, sometimes I forget what we've already talked about and end up asking the same question again." Have some way of indicating whether I've been down a particular conversation tree before. Perhaps an menu item that reads [tell me again about...]. Or italisizing things I've already clicked on.
8. It should be more obvious when new conversations are available. Maybe change the shape of the speech bubble above an NPC's head when I mouse over. I can't count the number of times I've initiated conversations only to say "Hello." "What's new?" "Never Mind." "I have to go."
9. Crafting in Inquisition was a pain. I wound up cheating to get all the materials I needed. Please don't make me cheat. This is one part of the game that should be simplified.
