Who would you want in your party and why?

 

This includes Origins, Awakening, DA2, DAI, and All Expansion Packs/DLC.

Warden Alistair, Dorian, and Isabela, and a Female Mage Lavellen Inquistor
Why?

Cause Dorian and Isbela would be trying to get Alistair awkward.... And I totally want to see that! That'd be super cute. They'd kill everyone in sight, a tank, a Necormacer, and a duel weilding person. They'd be the most epic team ever!

King Alistair, Sera, and Vivienne, and a Female Mage Trevelyan Inqusitor

Sera wouldn't be trying to steal Alistairs undies, as my Cousland would kick her butt to the moon and back. Though, I image Sera and Alistair would dicuss Cousland. Vivenne would be there to dicuss the matter of there marriage. Plus they'd make a epic team, too.

Morrgian, Nathianal, and Cassandra, and a Male Mage Lavellen Inquistor

Cass and Morrigan would dicuss there lovers.... Natheinal would sarcastically tell Morrigan that Brendan missed her to point where he took a woman that looked like herself, Morrigan would be shocked and ask why didn't Brendan mention it to her, to which Nathienal says that he thought about it, but never did it. Plus, they'd be a good team, a Changeshifting Morrigan ,with a assassin Nathianal, who duel wields. And Cass, who Is a good tank. And my Lavellen is a a Knight Enchantor, too.

Allistair same reason and, his goofiness is adorable.

 

Morrigan as a flirt, because well, that would embarrass and annoy both of the guys.

Pair him with Hawk and it's like entertainment on board. I can imagine my Lavellan, Hawk and Varric became fast friends and good neighbours in Kirkwall (though not sure on husband's approval about settling down in the City of Chains XD)

It feels nice to travel with another First, talk in elvhen and geek out at old Elvhenan relics. Talk about Fen'harel and Mythal and braid each other's hair.

Mom, dad and Bethany are gone remaining Hawks just need to stick together. And I wonder what his in party reaction to seeing his former commander again and being married to a Dalish First O: .. awkward... XD

Her wit comment when she saw Cullen gave (an earnest 'I love you') smile at Lavellan. He now has other expression besides 'stern' and couldn't help think about her Prince, will he be brave enough to ask her 'the question' (and not the chaste nonsense kinda thing )

Fun topic. Dorian, Fenris, and Wynne.

 

Unlike some people, I don't actually think that Fenris and Dorian would be at each other's throats. Rather I think that Dorian would likely be cautious, knowing Fenris's history (from The Tale of the Champion), but try to make friends if he could; he demonstrates this behavior throughout DAI with various people. I think Fenris would be silent, and broody, but not openly hostile unless provoked. Wynne... ah Wynne... I think both of those would benefit from some mothering. Also, those two are good mages for Fenris to be acquainted with (despite Wynne's possession) to broaden his mage experience.

 

I think it's rather unfortunate that, in DA2, the mage Hawke is really the only mage that Fenris has respect for, since the impact of that is a bit reduced because of the PC's general story power over followers. This also somewhat extends to Bethany, whom Fenris also likes, since she is related to a non-mage Hawke. So I do wish that there were other, non-PC related mages that Fenris could get to know that would challenge his view of mages, as I think Dorian and Wynne would.

My Enavir Lavellan (rogue assassin) would opt for Dorian (lover), Fenris and Zevran.   What a team that would be!     Fenris would probably respect the fact that Dorian is fighting corruption in his homeland and that he has a personal absolute prohibition against using blood magic.   If nothing else Fenris would be watching with interest to see if Dorian could keep to this.   Dorian would be fascinated by Fenris' unique abilities but hopefully would be tactful enough not to pursue his interest too avidly.    Zevran would be good for cracking jokes and breaking the tension if relations did start getting strained between the other two.  

 

Of course I'd rather we were allowed a party of six; then Fenris could bring along his lover Hawke (Sprit Healer/Force Mage) and Zevran could bring along his lover Raven Tabris (Ranger/Assassin).    That would be an awesome team to hunt the Dread Wolf.

I agree and disagree... well except for the second part, 100% agree xD Kirkwall was a mess and poor Fenris is probably even more terrified of mages than he was before

 

About Dorian and Fenris, I just don't know. How would Fenris ever get over Dorian's family owning slaves, not to mention Dorian's rather cavalier attitude towards slavery. I think for them to become friends, or at least for Fenris to come to respect Dorian, Dorian would have to dig deep within himself and come to a new understanding regarding the slavery issue. He'd have to be able to admit that it's categorically wrong and that he will vow to change that aspect of Tevinter culture. Because I actually think Fenris is far more sensitive to the slavery issue than he is to the mage issue. He will willingly befriend and even fall in love with a mage, but a slaver or even former slaver, I seriously doubt that. (Though I have no idea if keeping Orana as a slave results in the romance terminating; it should, but DA2 was a bit of a ****-up sometimes lol)

Probably AW Wynne, Shale, and Leiliana with my AW/BM/SH Elf Warden. Wynne for power, Leiliana because lockpicking and because that Warden is sleeping with her, and Shale because she's awesome. I realize they're all from the same game, but that game had awesome options.

I would choose Vivienne, Morrigan, Dorian and Anders (Awakening) because they have different views on magic/mages.

 

But the main reason would be the snarky banter between them all and the sarcastic comments while travelling.

I'd say better. Though poor Josephine's probably feeling lonely since Sister Hypocrite's probably going to try and keep her out of the fun out of a sort of elder-sisterly protectiveness.

For my preferred game style  I would choose 3 rogue tanks,my rogue, Leliana and Zevran backed by Morrigan with strong magics and healer for group heal if needed..
