First of all, it's Martin Sheen. Second, you're describing a bad character, not a well developed one. He has no development whatsoever, and is in fact a plot device with a voice. TIM was whatever the writers needed him to be whenever they needed it. That's an objective sign of a poorly developed character.

When i say well developed tragedy I'm talking about how bioware made me pity him. Martin sheen yes, How did i miss that

i use well developed ironically. I'm a goofster gafster.

No. We already stomached through the "hilarity" of the likes of Handsome Jack as an example...id rather not go through that again.

A story is only as good as its villain. If you make the villain a joke, nobody is going to take the story seriously.

I want a deceptively hilarious villain.

Key word being deceptively.

If the story is serious, then the primary opposition, the antagonist, must be serious as well.

Now, his (named and thus actual characters) henchmen both low and high tier can be comical in some fashion, either as part of a dark, sadistic side or that they are genuinely incompetent at their job which makes you wonder just why in Andramada did the Big Bad hired them on in the first place?

probably his wife's lame brother that she insisted he hire on because he can't hold a job because he's so damn stupid. So the Big Bad put him on the front line in the hopes of killing him off. But the brother was so damn incompetent that they couldn't even die when sent on suicide mission after suicide mission and thus his troops ended up adoring him and the Big Bad had to promote him or risk an uprising amongst his men. Killing the brother gains the Big Bad's approval, but the player can actually recruit the brother because why the **** not? Also the brother, when the big bad is killed, becomes the new Big Bad, but he's a total bro and gives up the moment he finds out that his opposition is the Brotagonist and they go on an excellent broventure!

I'd say a villain with an understanding of wit and humor would be better than a incompetent buffoon antagonist.

That is kind off KL.... It was hard to take him serious because he was simply ridiculous and shallow.

Can we get someone as funny as this sorry excuse for a villain?

Try Zant from Twilight Princess and you'll get a good notion of what you're asking for.

Would the character of Captain Harry Mudd, from "Mudd's Women" episode in the original Star Trek, do a good job?

Well, I LOLed at the Giant Terminator in ME2.

But I'm not sure that counts as I don't believe that was the reaction the writers were going for.

Such a soothing voice.

I endured listening a whole minute to him.

I would go over the top on this one, you may all laugh and ridicule it but I think I have a novel idea on how to have the most ridiculous villain lot of all time.

I'll first make a very scary intimidating villain with lots of power a very worthy looking adversary, then at the very last moment in the climax of the game I'll make him into a holograph of a small child that berates you, lectures you and makes you feel like a tool (and not for endlessly calculating the value of pi). I will then make the little kid hologram suddenly become benevolent and make you choose the destiny of all things because he shrugs his shoulder says, 'you beat me and i have no plan B'.

I know, I know totally ridiculous and lame but a great prank to play on all the players! Who is with me on this one! Should be good for laughs!

I hate to break it to you but, this has already been done before and everyone will just accuse you of copying someone elses ending.

Only if I can scream back at him in his manner.

- There will be consequences!

- There will be consequences for you!

- You will pay for this!

- I'll pay for your funerals!
