Honestly I think that ME universe was lacking in armors. Then again, I love armors and weapons so the more the ,merrier. As for Geth replica armor, sure why not.

Funny think is that in ME 1 there was Geth armory license you could get. Had some badass Krogan armor I used to always get for Wrex.

More Geth, More Collector, More Cerberus themes Armors will be cool. Also All of the MP abilities added to Sp will be nice. For example, within SP, Shepard with Cerberus Phantom and use Shadow Strike would be interesting. Also Having more ME3 Mp characters ranging from Talon Mercs to Salarians to Shadow Broker Agents and Cerberus Rogue Agents(ranging Phantoms to Inferno to Engineer), Collector Rogue Agents will be nice too.

I would have liked to wear some of the cerberus stuff we got if it had alliance, spectre, or even N7 logos and colors instead. Feels wrong wearing the enemy's gear when you are at war with them. Considering that Liara, Kaidan, and James all had those same armors but with alliance colors there was no reason not to make those variations not available to Shepard.

Keep in mind that we have a Terminus Armor and Collector Armor within Me2 that we were fighting both Collectors and Terminus Merc groups at the time.

Except the terminus armor doesn't come with a blue suns, eclipse, or blood pack logo. Besides we weren't waging war with the terminus systems since the terminus systems is really just a name to describe everything outside of council space and jursidiction.
Besides even you have to admit it looks ridiculous if you equip Shepard in cerberus gear and then play the citadel coup mission and when you come out of the elevator and you are trying to convince the VS and the council that you aren't with cerberus while you are decked out in cerberus gear.

just remembered that in the PC version of Mass Effect 1, if you do Cerberus Missions you can get Cerberus Wetworks armor.

Which just looks like generic armor with a large pauldron on the side. Besides cerberus didn't really get fleshed out until ME 2. The cerberus mercs we fought in ME 1 were pretty much just wearing generic ME 1 merc armor.

true and with sideways logic, Shepard always wore some of the Enemy's armor within Me trilogy. For good or ill.
Side note: I swore that I remember that there was a Dead Salarian with Cerberus armor during one of the missions.

Armor in ME 1 was all generic looking and there really wasn't an armor that could be associated with any factions (exception perhaps being turian c sec armor, which was Garrus's starter set and even that was still pretty generic). I remember Fist wearing colussus armor while I still had Shepard still decked out in the crappy onyx armor. It wasn't until ME 2 that factions actually got their own armor, and in ME 3 the alliance finally got their own custom painted armor.
