[Salarian Master Race]

It's because the Salarians want to feel better than everyone else. 

 

That and the potential repercussions after the war, but if it's lost there won't be anything to regret. 

 

That's what happens when the ignorant uninformed general public elects representative officials based on lies, propaganda, and the false promises of a human democratic system.  Were STG to be granted governing authority, action would have been swift and decisive.  Should this trend continue, swift and decisive action will be taken regardless.

ME2 Garrus I found really annoying for some reason.

Probably because he cares more about calibrations than talking to you.

but i just look at that scene before her suicide and was disappointed. she has the title of admiral and she cant get her people to stop the attack. all she can say is i beg you do not do this. even the flahlight head will attack shepard to save his kind.

What's pathetic about Tali and Raan, if Tali isn't alive in ME3, is that they both stand there like the dumba**es they are by not making any effort to stop the geth from uploading the code to save their species. They never cared.

5. Grunt (I can tolerate him, but his attitude rubs me the wrong way sometimes)

6. Jacob (sorry, he seems like a flat character)

Who would say anything other than Kai Leng? That walking mass of plot armor and terrible writing breaks the immersion so hard that I half expected Deadpool to show up. The Starchild is a better "character" than Kai Leng and that is truly sad. That fool barely held his ground against a half dead Thane, only walked away because the script demanded that he do so, needed the developers to make him and his gunship invincible so he could "win' on Thessia............and he's got the nerve to try to troll me with an email? Kai Leng is a joke. The Mass Effect series will forever be stained by his existence.

While I don't ever hate characters, Kai Leng was the most embarrassing thing that happened to Mass Effect, I agree.

(Yes, worse than the Catalyst. Definitely.)

 

Runner-up goes to Diana Allers.

 

Those two characters had no place in the story whatsoever. They make me cringe every time.

 

My least favorite squadmates were Grunt (so boring) and Zaeed (awful human being)... until the Citadel DLC, now I find them adorable.^^

Don't believe this, it's just a cover story.  His crimes are far, far worse, and STG is still on his trail.  He believes he has eluded us, but in truth we are much closer than he thinks.

I can't find any characters in Mass Effect that I hate. Tali, Ashley, Udina, Morinth, The Illusive Man, Diana Allers, Jacob's dad, Miranda's dad, Kai Leng. No hate, just dislike.

That's the one guy I can say I honestly hate.  I usually spam through the conversation, and he's suddenly just dead on the ground lol.  He actually lived this time around, I used the intimidate option.

I've let Ashley shoot him a couple of times.
 

Told him no body stabs me in the back and gets away with it.

I sometimes kill him on purpose, but I always invest in dialogue so I can choose everything in these games. ME2 gave me a hard time though.

Oh ok so I guess you end up killing him if you don't have enough Paragon or Renegade points. That stuff never happened to me well next time I'm on Feros he is going down for the first time!

 

Yeah agreed ME2 really sucked with limiting your dialogue options. Thankfully I played that on PC and gave to myself maximum Renegade/Paragon points to play the way I wanted...mostly Paragon with the cool Renegade interrupts.

I really hated that he turned on us we all saw it coming a mile away since ME 1.
