It was his fight and leng was so fast that he couldn't get a shot. Plus keprals syndrome. And plot.I felt that when he charges Leng shooting his gun was to weird, why? I mean charging? with a pistol? against some ninja dude with a big arse sword and a mess of shielding, that imho was silly

Kai Leng was too rushed.
He came across like an AZZhole rather than a villain.
With Shep no longer working with Cerberus, Kai is the top field agent among their ranks.
His rivalry and dislike for Shep should have been expanded on.

Liara?omg!
And I don't think the kid in Shepard's dream means a person. It means 'you can't win, can't save anyone'!
So both P/R Shepard was suffered by this thought.

Also, I've always thought that the romance between Joker and EDI would have been more compelling without the sexbot body that Joker was drooling over.

I no longer encourage Joker to hook up with EDI. Its weird that he was already talking about having sex with her wayyyy before you have that talk in Purgatory. Just didn't sit well for me.
Tricia Helfer as an AI is better appreciated in Battlestar Galactica than Mass Effect...
--
I don't think Brooks was ever a squadmate since you can't control her.
You can use Miranda, Jacob, Jack, Samara, Kasumi, Zaeed and Grunt as temporary squadmates in a fight simulator in Citadel DLC.
Miranda and Kaidan are too OP together as squadmates..

That relationship was....whatever. It was bad that the clown says I could bake a cake or that there's no regulation against dating the ships AI. Where's a strait jacket when you need one. Even when the player tells the clown to be friends with the thing, Shepard still says I'll protect your girlfriend, if the correct dialogue is chosen.
When I play ME3, I ignore the platform and Joker for the whole game.

Tied for 1st: Mac Walters and Casey Hudson.\
3rd: That reporter chick in ME3. I only played it once and I didn't allow her on the ship (so I have no clue what she's like to be honest), but they killed off Emily Wong off screen instead of either using Emily or giving us a choice between the two like they did for the ship doctor. That chick reminds me of poor Emily Wong and what could have been. Emily was a like a little sister to me.
Oh, a retroactive anti-Asian white washing. Bioware was progressive enough to white-wash before it was cool.

She died in the Reaper invasion. We see it in live tweeting, and Allers was done as a favor to IGN. It was a really stupid move, but it's not whitewashing.

Udina disappointed me the whole way through. I wish they had redeemed him a bit in ME3, but no.
Other than that, I don't like Liara or Legion. The latter at least I get the choice not to recruit.

I wish they'd kept Udina merely a politician looking out for human interests. He's short-sighted in the first game but turning him into a cartoon villain with a murder plot was lame. I got satisfaction from watching his head hit his desk after Anderson punched him. There was no satisfaction in shooting him.

I actually loathed Jack for the longest time - part because her character was insufferable, and part because her outfit was so shabby. Then my brother clued me in that the vast majority of her character stuff was locked behind the romance wall, so I gave it a try.
She's actually pretty great, and that continues into ME3.
So that aside, I'll throw my hat into the Kai Leng ring.

Miranda being aboard the ship in ME3 would've been more ridiculous than EDI, considering her deep ties with Cerberus and history as a covert operative.
