Why is it taking this long to get help? 

 

I would like to spend more money on Bio-ware things, however that won't happen unless i can be satisfied and trust that I'm going to get what I'm paying for.  I would post the negative images, but would prefer Bio-ware resolved my problems responsibly and avoid public embarrassment.

Get in line. Bioware has been doing this for a long time, you'd think they'd hire more people or have the one guy who operates the store check in more than once per month. It's really a shame, because like you and many others I'm hesitant to purchase anything on there anymore. And they will take that to mean people don't want the products, when in fact it's the poor customer service and extremely long waits for an order to process and ship.
