Liara, but Javik a close 2nd. Liara speaks for herself, Javik on the other hand just made me laugh and grabbed my attention. To bad he was only in one game though, but it was enough.

Jack. Definitely Jack.
Hands down, no bar. BioWare definitely missed something when creating ME3 with her.
Mainly, her cameo as I feel it should have been much more of a squadmate.

Can't really decide between Joker and Wrex, they both make me feel so Mass Effectly.

Followed by Garrus and Miranda.
I just can't pick up one can't I?
James Vega is actually an awesome guy, thanks for his background story in Paragon Lost. Overall, what comes to charachters Rockstar Games and BioWare are the ones to look. Before I waa familiar with the Mass Effect series my favorite person was John Marston from Red Dead Redemption.

I really like Aria, in fact, I look at the other asari that has been a squadmate and even if I romanced her in all the games I wouldn't have minded at all if Aria replaced her, even if she wasn't romanceable.
I know she's not the most moral of people, but if I have to have a badass biotic on my team, I'd rather Aria than Jack for example.
Also her biotic explosion of doom, I forget the name, that you can get in the Omega dlc is just plain awesome.
