While not truly renegade I do wish I can be extremely unpleasant to squadmates and other NPCs I don't happen to like, no forced friendships.

 

I'd not mind that and would enjoy that as long as there are consequences attached to that sort of behavior such as companions being able to give back as good as they get. A bit like Ashley after Eden Prime perhaps. I think I remember her having some hostile banter with a hostile Shepard that I liked.

 

Bonus points if it can major consequence on the ending pertraining to a character or characters especially if there is a scenario in which something like a mutiny happened because no one trusted the player character and disliked them too much perhaps because of their methods.  

 

I would not like very much if it was one-sided or without any such consequence and I'd be really unimpressed if it was excused because the player character is seen as special or because they are just that good at what they do.

Yeah if you question why she abandoned her squad on the ship after Eden prime she gives you attitude. If you ask why she whines about you questioning her competence. One of your responses can be summed up as stop sucking and I won't treat you like you suck.

Loved it. It reminds me of one of my friends. If he wasn't so good at his job he'd get fired for how he treats coworkers.

I like the idea. There were a couple of times in ME3 I wanted to have a renegade interrupt mixed with some very harsh language and violence towards squadmates and npc's
