First, Bio has been, overall, very successful at keeping things about ME:A under wraps. My wonder is in which direction will Bio take the franchise.
Will it be a RPG?
Customizing our main character does not a RPG make. Will the protagonist be "our character"? You see, our custom character determines whether our visual creation matches the voice. For example: a voice with a texas drawl somehow doesn't fit an oriental face. At least, not the character I had in mind. This clash tells me it's not my character.
Now a good RPG allows me to create and shape my character. Any restriction in the dialogue prevents any chance of my creation developing a distict personality. I don't want my protagonist to become a good or sarcastic good guy. A good RPG will reward your good decisions and cut you at the knees for bad ones. Will this be the case?
A Shooter perhaps?
Will the franchise take a direction to simplify gameplay in order to appease the masses? Bio mentioned combat but is it radically changed as in DA:I? Is the design such that any Jane/John Doe can start the game and just be able to play... no learning curve or a very shallow one? Will the design allow for tough battles? Will in-game currency, from ME:A MultiPlayer be the only currency for the Single Player campaign (ie: buy upgrades)?
Interactive Story?
Bio did mention ME:A is interactive. Is that the dialogue wheel and a Pause button? Is it more of the same as in ME1-3? Will our characters talk to each other and force our main character to react? By interactive does Bio mean we can skip a cut scene?
Or will ME:A be a Hybrid of the above?
