They certainly picked a good year to drop ME:A

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
Total War: Warhammer
Squadron 42
XCOM 2
Dishonored 2
May pick up Fallout 4 at some time. Will decide my level of interest in ME:A after release.

Also, Far Cry Primal. It's the first Far Cry game that has me interested in it.

I am very eagerly awaiting Xcom 2. Probably will be playing Fallout 4 and Battlefront until then. ME:A and the new Deus Ex are pretty much guaranteed buys too.
Love the Total War games so will keep an eye on Total War:Warhammer. Not really a Warhammer fan, but Total War in a fantasy setting should be pretty cool.

Not much on that list for me. I'd like to see Star Citizen being released and I'd like to like XCOM 2, but the previous title sucked balls in late game mechanics - extremely so at vanilla release.
So it's pretty much Andromeda for 2016.

XCOM2
Divinity Original Sin 2 (which I've backed on Kickstarter)
Total War: Warhammer
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (if it doesn't slip again)
DOOM
Day of the Tentacle remastered (damn, didn't even know that was being done!)
Hellblade (maybe - it's an interesting premise)
Well, knowing how I am with XCOM, DoS and Total War games now - that's probably most of 2016's gaming pencilled in already!

Divinity Original Sin 2 (which I've backed on Kickstarter)
I'd have put that on my list too, but I suspect it will be pushed back to 2017. They hit a LOT of stretch goals ![]()

There's a game I am looking forward to that doesn't have a release date, but is expected to be coming out in 2016.

Nothing really jumps out from that list and the FF + other anime/characters look like 12-16 year-olds -type games are the first ones to go to the definite no buy -category. To me Andromeda is the only interesting game on that list.

well I've got 3 that I'm interested in for next year Doom as I've pretty much played all of them the new Tomb raider and the new ME. I quite like the look of Deus Ex Mankind Divided as well

Hmmm...
There's a bunch I know will come out in 2016 that I'll be interested in:
º Black Desert (NA release)
º Blade & Soul (NA release)
º Killer Instinct (PC version)
º Street Fighter V (PC version)
º DOOM
º No Man's Sky (PC version)
º Rise of the Tomb Raider (PC version)
º Dead Island 2
º Overwatch
º Mighty No. 9
º Dreadnought
And as far as Andromeda is concerned, my status with it is still what I'd call " Curious But Cautious ", it's not a guaranteed purchase and definitely not on Day One for me, at least not as of now. I might make my decision about it after E3 2016 (during which I do hope we'll see much more of the game, and I do mean actual game-play and many game details revealed).

Any word on when cyberpunk is coming out? It's not Shadowrun, but it is still one of the primary RPGs if my youth. I'm having a hard time finding info on my phone but that is a must buy for me. So if that comes out in 2016 I say yes to cyber psychosis.
I am really looking forward to that game as well.
The mention of (rumored) co-op multiplayer has me psyched, and I am really hoping that the level of character customization will include total droid conversion.

It worries me when people say things are a 'must buy' without any idea of the quality or value of a product.

If it has Mass Effect in its title it's a must buy for me.

You are likely looking at 2018 for Cyberpunk at the absolute earliest.

Deus Ex.
Um...
I've just gotten very lax at actually paying attention to what's coming out these days. I don't have the first clue what's on its way, I only know Deus Ex is a 2016 release because it's been said multiple times in this thread.

As for the thread, 2016 is packed for me.
Star Ocean 5
Final Fantasy XV
Persona 5
Horizon: Zero Dawn

My guess for Cyberpunk 2077 is a first announcement sometime in early or mid 2017, for a holidays 2017 release. And later in 2017 (after summer) they'll delay it for Q1 or Q2 2018. But it's just a wild guess right now. I just don't see a development studio like CDPR barely spending 2 years on Cyberpunk, especially considering how CDPR is obsessed with attention to details (and yeah that's presuming a release in 2017, which would be roughly a two years project, there's no way it's enough).
