I pre-ordered the N7 Tech Jacket on November 3rd. Got a confirmation email, order number, and everything. Money was taken out of my account. The confirmation email said that I would get a shipping notification/tracking number when it shipped; orders were supposed to start shipping on November 25th but I have as yet received no information about whether or not my order has shipped, and when it's supposed to come in. Anybody else have this problem? Anybody have a resolution for it?

*gasp* What gave it away?
I'm referring more to your impression that the customer service is quick to respond rather than your limited post count. Join date is irrelevant with lurkers. People generally wait weeks after trying to get in contact via mail, phone, facebook, etc.
