 Is this a known issue?

When prompted to hold the F button to return to the Normandy, it doesn't work.  Remapping the key to another button doesn't work either.

I ran into this problem two times at the end of Mordin's loyalty mission. Remapping didn't help. After reloading the autosave it usually worked.

If you have reassigned keys, the popup still displays the default key. Just use the Melee button.

Yep the one time it happened to me it was also at the end of Mordin's loyalty mission when you choose to stay a little longer so you can hack the console.

Quoted for win!  Thank you very much, using the melee option fixed the problem for me, it was driving me mental! :-)
