With the new women's clothing collection being released, I've throw money at a lot of the new items in the store. I recognize most stores outsource their production to multiple factories, so the quality and fit of each item will differ. Some of the construction of garments is out of this world, and I couldn't be happier. I picked up the Tali leggings, and they're excellent. They're made of thick, silky material and a wide, soft waistband ( thank you for this!!! <3 ). Tali hoodie, phenomenal. The craftsmanship is great, the detailing on tricky aspects like the gold piping are done perfectly, it's easily my favourite piece of clothing I own. Seeing everything at the PAXPrime fashion show was great, it really gave me an idea of how things looked in person.

I also purchased the N7 skater dress, which was made nicely, but wasn't for me because of the bust seamline (I've got a mile long torso, so this just wasn't the right fit for me, as much as I wanted it to be). I was super bummed about the N7 wool jacket as well, the wool was flimsy and itchy, the upper sleeves were SO TIGHT, the waist was too large while the hips were too small, and overall it was way, way too short for me.

I opened an RMA for the dress and jacket, and while the jacket's RMA was approved in a few days, the dress's RMA took closer to 3 weeks? I sent a message asking if they could be mailed together in the same box and never got a reply. The thing that I think was the most puzzling to me was that customers are required to eat the cost of shipping items back. Because the coat I ordered was a few pounds, it ended up being around 10 bucks for me to ship the items back to the store, which in the grand scheme isn't wallet breaking, but it does make me weary of purchasing other items from the store if I'm not positive I'll love them. I don't think I've ever had to pay for return shipping from a large company before, especially for something like clothing that can vary greatly in fit. Is this a policy that's around to stay permanently for the Bioware store? With so much new merchandise (and more promised for the near future), I'd like to be able to get things with my usual "if I don't like it, I can just return it" mentality I use for any other online clothing store. However, the RMA approval system is a pain and with not being sent a return label that I can just slap on a box, it leaves me thinking twice before I press "purchase".

Since the store is expanding so much, it would be so wonderful if there could be product reviews from customers. I really rely on reviews from other clothing websites when I'm buying something, as people can upload pictures of themselves in the garments with things like "this item runs big" or "this item is short in length", etc.

Overall, keep up the great work, because for the most part I've been very pleased with the items I've ordered over the years,. The new women's collections are so chic and cute, which is really refreshing on an internet full of video game swag targeted specifically for dudes. I'd just love to see an option to make it a bit easier on the customer to get items shipped back and replaced with something else from the store.
