I have a very good computer, I can play any new game at highest settings. I just got this game for free on origin, really wanted to play it, but it's unplayable due to the fps. What do i do?? Running windows 10
I'm locked at around 10 fps?

It's easy but a little annoying, you have to go to Jade empire folder and edit JadeEmpire.ini.
You have to change ClampFPS=1 to ClampFPS=0 .
Then you have to change D3DAdapter=0 into D3DAdapter=1 . Then you have to restart your pc, if it still give you problem you should open your video board manager and set all possible improvement to the executable of JadeEmpire and restart your pc. If your visual once loaded the game is blocked to the ground you should save the game and reload it, so all should work fine. Remember to restart the pc, is very important or these will not work.
