Hi all,

I have a conundrum at hand. It turns out that I have not one, but two EA Master accounts. My primary one (this one) is linked to all my Dragon Age data/DLC, but not my gamertag for the 360 (I played DA on the PC). Now, as I am trying to set up  my ME2 DLC (which I am playing on the 360), I have found out that I have a second EA account that has my gamertag already attached to it, and there seems to be no way that I can find two either a) Unlink the tag or B) let my other account take ownership of this one. Whenever I attempt to log into the SocialNetwork site with my Xbox EA account, I get to the point where it asks me to pick a display name. I choose Ezelek, which it informs me is taken (obviously), and then gives me the option of taking ownership of the account if I have the information. Unfortunately, whenever I do this, it just logs me into the account, and does not actually merge them in any way.

Is there anyway to get around this? I know that really the only thing I'll be missing out on is having my Blood Dragon armour in ME2, but I'd like that.

I'm having similar probs. The xbox seems to automatically sign in with whatever your windows live ID email is, which is very problematic if you have more than one account. I went back and actually changed my xbox account info to reflect my ea and bioware info, but since ive already used my code I now am screwed until I get in touch with EA. It DOES NOT auto link the items if you change your gamertag email.

Contact EA Support, they will help you either merge accounts, or they will delete one and put your codes from that one onto the other. People have been having luck with that, though it might be a bit of a wait to get someone to do it for you.

Been working on the multiple profile problem as well.

I was finally able to sign into this account profile which matches my xbox gamertag and email.

Had a window open that allowed me to verify ownership of my gamertag.

profile at EA is linked to gamertag under "Persona"

Registered my copy of Dragon Age at EA and Here. Don't have ME2 atm.

Would like to delete the other profile I have here that uses a secondary email at yahoo tho.

Was playing Dragon Age last month and it wouldn't accept my windows live email or gamertag info so I used my secondary email at yahoo to get the DLC...

I had 2-3 profiles at Bioware games because of lost username and passwords lol going back to 2003.

Would be nice to get re-registered all the Bioware/ EA games I bought over the years.

Being linked to Windows / Xbox Live from the start would of saved a lot of hassle.
