Until E3 2016 probably...probably.
I hate to be that guy, but are we actually getting any info this year or what?

I kind of want them to release some info on January 1st about 30 seconds after midnight.
Just to see if anybody legitimately rages about it not technically being "this year".
No, that would be "that guy".

I dunno. They're going pretty heavily on the consoles. So they could knock us out.
Don't call it a comeback.

Given how badly handled Inquisition's PR was (a lot of gameplay features advertised in the early builds that got cut for compatibility, story changes like the 'abandon Crestwood' decision, the slow trickle of LI reveals, etc.),not to mention residual skepticism given how badly burned people felt after ME3's endings, I'm not surprised that they're dragging their heels on revealing anything - if they're saying it's in the game, they probably want to be sure that it actually IS in the game. If they say something that turns out not to play out in the game, whether because it had to be cut for time/cost or any sort of behind the scenes issue that they can't discuss publically because of non-disclosure agreements, there's this tendency of the fandom to hold it over their heads for a very very VERY long time. Better to hold off until they know for sure that what they're promising will actually BE there.
'End of the year' still covers more than three weeks. They still have time to deliver something if they so choose. But, again, I really don't blame them for holding back on saying anything definitive.

Maybe because that's what the trailer said back on E3?
Where? When they introduced it? Cuz the trailer itself doesn't say anything along the lines of 'promise' or 'guaranteed.'

Inorder to get the good stuff early on like gameplay videos we need to sell our souls to the great chin chin

Other than that we need to wait like good little children for the debut of ridley confirmed pathfinder

I'm finding it increasingly unlikely that ME:A is going to come out in 2016 at all. I fear an Inquisition situation where everyone expected it in 2013 and were pumped for E3 info... then we got a pretty short trailer that said 2014. I suspect we'll get a pretty short trailer next year at E3 that says Coming Soon 2017.
I seriously hope Andromeda and Kingdom Hearts 3 (which is very far into development surprisingly enough considering SE's track record) don't come out at the same time. Please don't make me choose.

If it is delayed to 2017 than I hope maybe a March release, that would be around 5 years since ME3 came out.

I loved how ME2 did the pre game info dumps. I don't remember the timing but I was massively hooked.
I loved the class gameplay demos but hated how they spoiled so many characters beforehand.

Honestly, in this day and age, they would be wise to not really release much info at all until the marketing phase about 4-6 months from release. Look at every single game that gets started too early on the information train. Very little of it makes it into the final game. Personally, I avoid too much information about games prior to release anyway. All it does is buildup expectations which sets you up far too easily to be disappointed.
while i 100% agree on what you said, i cant help but want more. i'd be lying if i said i'd wait happily until 2016 E3, thats WAY TOO long ![]()

There won't be anything more, as far as I can see. The trailer and concept art on N7 day looks like it was the stuff they mentioned when they said later this year.
The lack of info really based on DAI nit picking? Exactly how much content was given out but didn't make it in the game? Some act like it was half the game?
What didn't make it into the game was:
1) You could throw some grenades onto a boat
2) The Western Approach was at night instead of day
3) Vivienne had the Meteor spell that Solas has now
4) You had to target AoE spells in real time instead of the action pausing

And I'm surprised that no one has picked up on this yet.
But what about EA's fiscal year? They could be talking about that.

There really wasn't much. The Crestwood quest that was in the demo got removed. Other than that, it looks almost exactly like the game that we ended up with, with some minor tweaks.
They mentioned other features like customizing keeps, but we never were shown that and no one really knows how in-depth that system actually was.
Of course, that doesn't stop people with no sense of perspective from claiming that they changed absolutely everything and that this non-public demo constitutes false advertising, somehow.

They can pull a Bethesda and show stuff at E3 and just release at the end of the year with lots of hype.

Some of the dev's have been extremely quite lately about the game. Perhaps they could have an end of the year thing planned. Or, I'd say we wait til E3 2016, where we'll get a decent amount of information.

Looking at the trailers themselves and some other info that's come out.
Giant robot buildings that shoot lasers, backed up by oddly shaped ground forces. (Its synthetics)
Jet packs
Female human squadmate (ME1 style armour)
Krogan squadmate
Journey to Andromeda begins during Shepards lifetime.
Giant ship that apparently powered itself out of the galaxy.
Characters name is Ryder.
Mako (Upgradeable)
Biotics
Mission appears to be simple at first i'm guessing it gets a lot more complicated (ME1)
Also there is your main character and a mystery N7 operative. (MP character?)
Co-op MP
Probably a lot more that I have tried to avoid finding out along the way, guess what I'm saying is there's a lot of info out already.
LOOK AT ALL THE INFORMATION OP MISSED! LOOK AT IT!
