It was a solo on Reactor/Bronze, and I think it was against Cerb. I was probably playing a human soldier or infiltrator.

 

I wiped on the second wave, but was encouraged that I passed a level (basing my experience on SP progression I figured I was doing well). So I tried again with the same setup and died on the cleanup after clearing the objective on wave 3. When I saw how many credits I earned for the amount of work I felt I did, I realized I should probably try a different strategy.

 

For my third game I searched for a Bronze lobby and was dropped on Dagger (don't recall the enemy). And someone talked. And they were being helpful. And the credits were much better for completing wave 10.

Barely remember....but i know it was the vanilla male vanguard...i use to love spamming shockwave...and was nervous about being online with other folks thinking that they would be experts or something...on bronze.... ​

I unlocked a turian sentinel in the demo, loaded into a game on White (I think Cerb was the faction for the demo, but I could be mis-remembering), followed the others up the ramp and then I lost connection to the server.

i can't remember.. demo days are buried under an overwhelming amount of  W/G/G , with GI's, SE's , TS's and what's not.

Dropped into the match where one guy was playing solo -- Jack something-or-other was his name. After the 4th time he revived me out on the killing floor a message appears on the top right of my screen :

": don't u have gels?"

I would have msg'd back "I dunno, what button is that?", except for the fact that I had no idea that one could send messages or how to go about doing it...

Bronze Ghost Cerberus using the Human Soldier as that was my Shepard since ME1.  Biotics and other stuff hadn't interested me.

 

I contributed to the match but intelligent team mates O_o what is this magic ?

 

I went from I'll just play enough MP to get my GR upto 100%, to this is fun I'll play more.

 

Also there was a AA hurling Biotic death that was useful rather than the SP waste of time.  Suddenly it was I want one of those.  Naturally RNG gave it to among the last of the orginial Gold kits.

Wiped on 7, unlocked the AA and promptly forgot my boy for about a week after learning warp primed AND detonated, unlocked a carnifex and the rest was RNG spanking history until they nerfed her.

Already knew the ending was ass from staff, so spent the two weeks I took off scheduled 6 months in advance trolling the RNG until they nerfed BEs, finally unlocked the KroSent and GPS and built a power damage build ( ) promptly learned I needed to build a melee build to achieve maximum awesome, the rest is history.

2000 hours later, still haven't seen the endings.

Friend introduced me to ME and he invited me to FBWCB and I tried out HE with Avenger first. We camped the LZ iirc until the beginning of wave 11. Oh the joy of progressing from bronze to silver, silver to gold and gold to platinum and my first solos on each difficulty. Good times.
