Just finished my combo challenge, the monthly challenge is complete but it didn't count towards book challenge. No commendation chest is rewarded either.
DON'T COMPLETE THOSE CHALLENGES IF YOU STILL WANT YOUR REWARD!

Funny enough I got another 2 minimum damage version + 1 that is 1 point above the minimum. LOL RNG really does hate me to death.
Now I have 4 minimum damage version, 1 with 1 damage above minimum and 1 with 2 damage above minimum.
I think I need to collect 7 crescents and summon a crescent dragon

Well I never salvaged any Crescent 
I guess RNG hates everyone. But if someone collected all the hakkons and descent weapons before opening his first book award (the ones that give you guaranteed lv27) then he is guaranteed to receive a Crescent by the end of this book reward even if he never got any lv27 or PI from store chests or treasure rooms. (Assuming he will complete every book challenge.)
And seriously though, lv27 weapons are much rarer than Hakkon judging by the fact that I've only ever got 1 lv27 from store chests (discounting the crescents which seem to drop far more frequently once you reached the requirement.)

No. Save up 81 copies to summon a magical dragon. He will fulfil any dream including giving you 999 free promotions.
Sacrificing 7 copies of Crescent will only let you summon a crescent dragon which is far more inferior (who only grants a maxed damage crescent).
You ask me how to sacrifice it? Easy. Light up some incense and pray to the all-mighty RNG, whilst salvage every single copy of your crescent shadow.

Rarest item for me is anything between lv19 to lv17 because I've literally never received a single one of them ever since I salvaged vast majority of my collection back then when patch 1.09 was released.
