I just got a hakkon weapon from a chest I bought for 2k. Is this something new or I just hadnt noticed yet they drop from chests? Btw does 2 hakkon dagger bonus stack? Same mastercrafts dont stack do they now?

the 35 stamina gained on kill does not.

btw the 100% extra crit dmg is for the of 140% so 160% in total not 240% right? 180% with dobble daggers I guess, correct?

no, it goes to 240.

340 with 2 daggers.

358 with crit damage upgrades.

398 with 2 crit damage rings, though at this point you'd be better ofs with attack or armor pen rings. Relative gains and stuff.
