I've finished the game and got 80% off the trophies but not the one where i have to kill 1000 demons

But i can't find any more demons... i finished every quest and every mission, where are more demons?

Unfortunately i finished the quest with those graves so i cant farm them there

If you haven't completed all the quests on the Exalted Plains, you can usually find demons prowling along the Path of Flame, and there are always undead in the Fallow Mire. I think they count as demons.

 

Must that trophy be completed in a single playthrough?

I finished the exalted plains already. I've read that those undeads do not count as demons.

But i've just seen that i don't have to complete it in a single playthrough. There was just one throphie guide who said so

i got mine by closing all the rifts.

Guess the spawn count is different per rift?

Some rifts always spawn the same things. Others are random; clearing them might put you up against shades, or despair demons, or a rage demon backed up by those glowing green demons whose name escapes me.
