And this is why I don't follow comics anymore

Lots of great stories in comics but yeah some of the hooks to get a plot going are pretty bad. The captain America returns idea was even worse IMO. At least the jadon Todd ark was tied to a overall reality shaping event in the universe.

But I don't even know where DC is anymore after 52 the new 52 blah blah. Whose the flash or green lantern now anyways?

Being fair here too, Under the Red Hood also doesn't talk explicitly about Superboy Prime punching reality (if I remember right). So there isn't an excessive amount of that stuff; on the other hand, it still leaves the reader wondering why Jason Todd is kicking, which can be frustrating in its own way.

Scott Snyder's New 52 Batman run has actually been pretty solid so far, at least up through the Death of the Family storyline that I've read.

I loved the Nolan Trilogy, but Under the Red Hood completely blew me away. I think it helped that they removed the more questionable framework of Jason Todd's resurrection from the comics, and just chalked it all up to a Lazarus pit.

If I remember right, in the original comics, the Lazarus Pit just helps heal Jason, and his "resurrection" is from Superboy Prime punching reality.

Pretty much.

The New 52 is over now, as of the Convergence story.

The new Green Lantern comics with Hal Jordan are great and I still say that as someone who prefers John Stewart.

Marvel seems to be doing their own "New 52 " at the moment.

Depending on the writer Guy Gardner has been either my favorite or least favorite, no inbetween.  But yeah jon Stewart is probably my most consistent favorite lantern, I only disliked Kyle. I might have to check things out again, I paused and focussed on manga the last couple years.

Thanks, sounds like a good time to get back in if the 52 stuff has finally finished.

Ubisoft is putting out Tom Clancy's The Division.  It's an 3PS ARPG and is due out in March.  Without going into detail, I can tell you it will be worth it to buy it.
