How did we get into a "make a choice with just roleplaying" argument? Everyone knows you can just do that.

Some feel that the meta information presented in TME is required to make a decision for Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts. I disagree, but I'm not going to discount someone's opinion if they feel that way about the game. It just doesn't apply to me.

However, I will say that the civil war, and news of it, should have been presented as farther reaching than it was in the game. We only hear of it after arriving at Skyhold, but it has already been going on for about a year and should have been the talk of Orlesian pilgrims in Haven and such, to add flavor.

I force the three of them to work together as they deserve each other. Hopefully, they will spend all their time sniping at each other, and will be too busy to bother the rest of Thedas. If the option had been available I would let Corypehus have Orlais, he seems like exactly the kind ruler it deserves.

I always had them in a "Truce" because they annoyed the hell out of me with all thier constant backstabbing, but after reading the Masked Empire I feel more conflicted in choosing a leader for Orlais. Either I let Gaspard become Emperor or have Briala rule through Gaspard; alothough, a small part of me still wants the "Cooperation" ending because thier may be a chance to see them all in future games.
