So Mass Effect 2's whole DLC just sucks. I messed up and nothing worked, EA would always kick me off the line. So I had a great idea. Just make a new profile. Simple enough.
Now I don't have any of my game promotions, none, and I had them all, both CE's, Warden's Keep, and all that, and now nothing. Yeah I was dumb to delete my account but COME ON! Seriously, why did it have to be this hard to get DLC.
Bah, so if anyone has any helpful advice, feel free to share.

Your game promotions are tied to your EA account. All accounts here are backed by an EA account. If you created a new account here with a different email address you have just created a new EA account, and all your old content is tied to the old EA account.
You need to login in with the email address for the account that redeemed the content to see it here (and to use it in game).

Do you still have access to the content from inside Dragon Age? If you lost the rights to use the DLC it would show up as unauthorized, and you wouldn't be able to play. You may just not be able to see it here any more (or it may have take some time to populate back.)
