I'm on a new playthrough in order to get the Nightmare trophie, and I recently bought the "Trespasser" DLC. In order to get some trophies from that DLC i have to do the trials thing, but I wanted to know if I active and desactivate de trials will affect somehow the nightmare trophie.

Trials and difficulty are separate, so activating and deactivating trials shouldn't prevent you from getting the Nightmare trophy.

What Evamitchelle said: only changing the difficulty should impact that particular trophy.
That said, my personal advice would be to save attempting most of the trials for an easier difficulty (I did all mine on casual).

Bogs is right. Doing some of the trials on Nightmare is... a display of sadism.
(On the other hand, if you spec Sera or Tempest Inky properly, they can be hilariously easy to accomplish)
