I know that once you have 1 hakkon weapon, it goes down to 7.5% for one to drop from the nm dragon, my first hakkon weapon was hakkon's honor (1h sword) and i was wondering if i salvage it, will it go back up to 15?
Can i "reroll" my hakkon weapon chance?

In theory, yes. In reality, no. I know someone who salvaged all his hakkons and never got a hakkon drop ever again. Think 2000 times before you click that salvage button.

Are you able to officially confirm whether the drop rate is based on the number of Hakkons *possessed* or the number of Hakkons *dropped?*
In other words, if I got three Hakkon staffs in a row through insane luck (and salvaged them each time)...would I be at the original 15%ish drop rate or the "Three Hakkons" 2%ish drop rate?
It is based off the number of weapons currently in your inventory so if you're salvaging them your drop rate should still be 15%.
