Hello, I have a strange issue with my keep, let me explain (I am on pc, and tried all basic troubleshooting like firewall/router/internet/old BSN, I think I just messed up when I came back...):

I played the game before the dlcs came out, didn't finish it, went back a few weeks ago and bought the dlc and started playing, I guess I did some mistakes in keep and either deleted a playthrough or a world state which was the right one, or my current playthrough is NOT updating.

I used to have multiple playthroughs(also world states) and some with the same name of my rogue character, now I find myself in this situation:

  • In my playthroughs I have one with warden and hawke with standard names. When I imported to inquisition they had the right names and they were right until when I started back messing with the keep. I know I can change them in the world state but I believe the playthrough state that is available is not the right one. I might have deleted the right one from the keep!
  • I have 2 inquisitors both with the same name, one is in the "wrong" world state, I believe, that was modified 11 days ago when I probably done something wrong, I have another one in a world state THAT I DON'T HAVE AVAILABLE TO ME(I have ragnhildur cadash in "Ragnhildur" state and ragnhildur cadash in "Ragnhildur?" state, which is the one I thought it was bugged)... I don't know where this "Ragnhildur" world state is. I only have 2 in my world states, one is the backup pre-inquisition with a different name (neviskio's standard state) and "Ragnhildur?" state. The older one I think I deleted it but that might've been the RIGHT ONE!
  • I don't seem to have a "current playthrough" section in the playthrough states, I just always had a couple states here depending on my chars, but once I deleted my other characters, I never had a current playthrough one. I think this is where I messed up: I think I deleted my current playthrough from keep so that is why it's not updating anymore!
  • In game I have only 1 save, I had deleted all the other characters some time ago, yet it doesn't seem to be syncing right, I think in keep I might've deleted the wrong playthrough and nuked the "link" from the game to the keep...

I believe I messed up when I came back and started deleting playthroughs/states in the keep, I believe I somehow deleted the right world state, kept the right character, but the keep doesn't update my playthrough anymore... I tried all the guides I could find but I believe I messed up so much I can't fix it without intervention...

I thought starting over fresh but I don't think I can find the time and being slightly ocd it bugs me to no end that the keep is kinda messed up probably from my error... I couldn't find a way to restore a deleted world state or playthrough and I'm pretty sure the keep is not working right since I've done some damage.

Also I learned to not call most of my characters with the same name :(

What can I do? Is possible to contact keep support in some way? I believe I just messed up so much I can't exactly restore things, I probably deleted the right things and kept the wrong ones and the keep is not updating itself...or something else I don't know =|

EDIT: Managed to get my main save game as current playthrough, still extremely buggy, says I have not recruited most of the followers/updates only certain tiles (basically none of the followers, dlc isn't showing too), still think something is borked though =|

Hi there -

Glad to hear you got most things sorted out.  For reference in the future, you can delete the world state you created in the Keep without affecting your game in DA:I in any way.

If you want to delete the world state uploaded from the game, that will also be fine - in that case, you can recover it by just loading up a savegame in-game for that character (while connected to the Internet / Origin, etc.).  As soon as you load the save, the data will be sent to the Keep, and it should appear on the website shortly.  The most recently played game in DAI will show in the "Current Playthrough" slot, with the next most recent game in the second slot, and so forth, which can help you identify which is which in the case of having more than 1 character with the same name.  You can also rename world states you received from the game to permanently identify them :)
