To be honest I've lost count. I ju8st enjoy playing it and wil lcfontinue to do so for as long as possible. Currently working my way through ME3 atm with my latest Shep. Plan to do more too yet as well as I was going to g othrough as a sentinel in my next run.

ME2 - probably around 8 times

I can count 10 ME1 playthroughs, 12 ME2 playthroughs, and a whopping 16 ME3 playthroughs. Probably more than that, all told. Heh, I loves me some Mass Effect. And I used every new DLC for ME3 as an excuse to run my favorite playthrough again. X3

ME2: 6 or 7 times I think.
ME3: 3 times I think, but a ton of MP.

I've never done the trilogy in sequence.

Way too many mass effect 1 and 2 runs but only one me3 completion. I'm working on another full play through though I got distracted by MEMP and fallout, uncharted remastered,some tv, mad max etc. I just want it done by launch of MEA.

Mass Effect, I stopped counting at 30. And it's a lot more than that.(11+ replays)

 

Mass Effect 2, 22 times. (3 replays)

 

Mass Effect 3, 27 times. (8 replays)

Well, let's see...

 

ME1: Three times, fully. And later on played it again to about half-way, then stopped for some time, then ME2 came out.

ME2: Four times, fully. Once with full Paragon, once with full Renegade, and twice with Paragade (Male and Female too).

ME3: One time. It was before DLCs came out, and before Extended Cut. It felt like a punch in the gut, never touched it again.

ME3 Multiplayer (as a side note): Played it for now more than 1,100+ hours.

 

So, since I only completed ME3 one time, I suppose that my answer to the main question is: One time.

ME2: 8 times. (after shipping, in development another 2 times on top of that)

ME3: 6 times. (after shipping, in development another 4 times on top of that)

I don't remember exact numbers, but both ME1 and 2 are in the single digits. I've lost count for ME3.

ME3: 1. Without any of the DLCs. At this point I'm over the awful endings but don't have enough time to sink into ME3 to even e.g. see Citadel.

I tried doing this, but some classes I just couldn't stick with for the long haul, namely the sentinel, engineer and soldier.

Really I noticed how the reduction of the RPG elements severly impact how many times I replay a game.

I've done ME1 and ME2 quite a few times as well as played portions of old saves plenty of times. I've done ME3 once, nearly twice but most of my other time with it was spend on either multiplayer or replaying portions of the game. I'm thinking of giving it another go now that I've re-installed the MEHEM ending and maybe when I have some more time and motivation, I'll be less bothered by some of the more troublesome mechanics and designs like the awful journal and the auto-dialogue.
