Today I log on the game and all my challenges are rounded down.  Somes updated again after playing a game (spider) and others are stuck (big creatures).​​

Some of my agents'(Templar and virtuoso) challenge progress are also rounded down and stuck. On the other hand I mysteriously get the star of collecting 4m gold though I actually only collected about 2m...

Ok, I have had a look at the HQ.

 

They have removed all the Challenges from the HQ that were added on Friday......  That's the problem right there.

I completed all the challenges just yesterday and was dumbfounded at this all,

Didn't get the prestige neither the chests,

Hmmm, yes, interesting. Didn't look at completed challenges, but all I have showing as "active" in my HQ are dragon kills and match points, both of which show as 7 days left in the challenge (text still says month, though) and both of which were reset to zero.

 

Undying disappeared completely. That was the only other one I legitimately still had active besides the other two because I'd completed all the weapons/combo challenges last weekend.

I completed all of them by Saturday morning.

 

Every single one was gone from the HQ but I kept the prestige points.

 

Some nugget probably turned them off as they thought it was still a weekly challenge.  I'd imagine it will be fixed once they look into it.

We're still working on this and trying to figure out. Your progress is still there its just being "hidden" for some reason. I'll try to keep this thread updated as we work through the issue.

I recently came back to the game and I started doing agent quests. I was 938,000/1,000,000 on experienced rogue. Now I am down to 500,000/1,000,000. I completed approximately 8 or so Perilous matches from start-to-finish on my Duelist (just to ensure I had over the 1,000,000 exp mark) to get the Experienced Rogue chest. It never appeared. Even after completing about 5 more Perilous runs on my Archer today, I still don't have the chest.

I decided to open my Victory chest I had (which I was saving until I finished experienced rogue, because I know how long it takes to patch this game (took forever to patch Reaver's Berserk and Elementalist's Firestorm where the keys were getting lost) and ended up getting Drakescale for Rogue instead of a Hakkon's or any hard to get unique items.

As I'm sure it goes without stating explicitly, I'm pretty unhappy about the result of the items granted from my victory chest - mainly because I got items from a chest that I already should have had and wasted better items.

I think they should reset the challenges and let us do them again.   It is almost Christmas after all.....
