My first reaction when I see this suggestion is always "here we go again". Then I'm always reminded the next second that it actually happened in Origins. I wonder if BioWare internally ever considers the fact that, indeed, they've indeed done a threesome in one of their games, and that they have no other choices but to at least take threads like this seriously, if anything (even if they seem like 'jokes' at a first glance).

 

I can imagine a scene similar to this at BioWare as one of the employees read the forums:

 

BioWare employee #1 (Frank): * shakes head, looks over his shoulder * " Hey Joe, come look at this... "

BioWare employee #2 (Joe): " Hmm? " * walks over to see what's up *

Frank: * points at the monitor * " Another one of those... "

Joe: " Oh, that. Not sure if I can take the community seriously when I read things like that. "

Frank: " I think they've been spoiled by it since Origins... might have been a mistake on our part, don't you think? "

Joe: " Well, at the time it seemed fitting enough for Origins itself I suppose. "

Frank: " Even if we considered it for Andromeda... I think we'd have to find a really good explanation for the animations team, especially if there's going to be motion capture involved. "

They've done it in more than one of them, actually. I was possible in DA2 with two of the same characters it could happen with in 1. 

 

A lot of posters treat these threads like jokes, but it's actually completely plausible.

Personally I'd like to have two romances on the go just to see bitching, jealousy and fighting.. Cause I'm a narcissist like that plus it's hilarious.
